BOOKING INFORMATION
The journey to the Ngurah Rai Airport in Denpasar is organized by the guests themselves. The fastest, but probably not the most inexpensive way to get to Bali with good service is a Singapore Airlines flight (via Singapore); good service also offer Thai Air (via Bangkok) and Emirates (via Dubai), to name only a few.

If you send us an email with your booking wishes (period of stay and object requested), we first reserve the desired time period in our booking calendar (blue indication in the booking calendar).
You will then receive a booking confirmation by email which should be signed and send back to us within 7 days.
With the booking a deposit of approx. 30 % the total cost of the accommodation is payable to a German account. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation and the deposit, the booking becomes binding; the respective dates are marked in the booking calendar as 'occupied' (red). The remaining amount is payable in Bali in Indonesian currency at the current exchange rate; credit card payment is possible (+ 3% bank charges).
In case of cancelation up to 30 days before the beginning of the booking period, 20% of the total amount will be refunded; for less than 30 days, this sum is 30% of the total price. Less than 2 days before the beginning of the stay, the total amount will be due.
With the booking form you can also book the transfer from the airport to Nusa Indah. This service costs 470.000, - IDR (depending on the exchange rate about 30.00 to 35.00 €). You can arrange the return transfer on the spot.
