The individual furnishing was chosen with regard to the quality of the materials used and the fitting in with the environment. There is a home WLAN access point with DSL access; the quality of the internet access of the Indonesian provider varies however compared to other countries very strongly.

The view of the adjacent rice and corn fields with the palm tree forest in the background and the proximity to the sea account for the incomparable location of the house. Away from the traffic and the hustle-bustle of tourism, the villa offers the ideal retreat in natural environment, the opportunity to experience Balinese local life and culture, and a comfortable base for a variety of activities.

The buildings on the approx. 1650 m² plot are divided into a two-storey main house, a bungalow as well as outbuildings for kitchen, housekeeping, house technology, outdoor toilet, storage, security, staff rooms and garages.

The buildings constructed of earthquake-resistant walls made of reinforced concrete and masonry, combined with an elaborate wooden structure using exclusively high-quality woods (Bankirai or Ironwood); in the main house, very heavy and old pillars of Ironwood were recycled.

The roofs are multi-layered shingleroofs of ironwood with elaborate roof beams; the open roof structures in the bedrooms are visible up to the gable. The floors in the bedrooms consist of massive wooden flooring.

There are marble tiles on the floor of the open living area on the ground floor. Natural stone slabs were installed in the outdoor and pool area; the sanitary rooms have a natural stone or terrazzo floors.
